Getting startedStep 1
Everything is run from your Command Center. Open it once and you're set.
On your phone, go to coffee-cream-command.pages.dev (then "Add to Home Screen" so it's one tap forever).
Log in with CoffeeandCreamMI@gmail.com and your password.
That's it — you'll see "Cloud synced" at the bottom. Everything you change here is saved and shared on all your devices.
Today's FlavorsStep 2
Whatever you put on the board shows on your homepage instantly.
Tap Today's Flavors in the sidebar.
Add a flavor, or tap the ⭐ to feature one, or the 🚫 to mark it sold out.
Done — refresh the website and it's already there. No one else needed.
💡 The little "✨ AI" button writes a tasty description for you in one tap.
NotificationsStep 4
Buzz every customer who opted in — perfect for a slow afternoon.
Tap Notifications in the sidebar.
Tap a ready-made message (like "We're open! 🍦") or write your own.
Check the preview, then Send — it lands on their phones right away.
Step 5
Customers keep a punch card on their phone — and birthdays happen automatically.
Tell customers: "Start a free punch card on our website — just your phone number!"
When they buy, they hand you their phone → tap Add a punch → you enter the team PIN. Easy.
On their birthday, they automatically get a "free birthday scoop" message — you'll also see today's birthdays under Members & Birthdays.
🎂 You don't have to do anything for birthdays — the system sends them every morning.
Seasonal MenusStep 6
Let AI invent a whole seasonal menu — branded and ready to print.
Go to AI Studio → Seasonal Menus.
Pick a season (☀️ Summer, 🍂 Fall…), choose sections & a look, then Design my menu.
From there: Print/PDF it, Add to live menu, Feature flavors on the homepage, or Announce it on social — all one tap each.
Play around — you can't break anything. And anytime you're stuck, just ask the AI Assistant right inside the app. ❤️

Step 3
Make a social post in 10 seconds
Your built-in marketing helper writes the post and makes the picture.
Go to AI Studio → Social Studio.
Type what you want to share (or tap a suggestion), pick a vibe, and hit Write caption.
Choose an AI image or one of your real photos.
Tap copy, then Open Facebook and paste. Posted! 🎉
